A Road Less Travelled

We have been traveling across the south. Went from Florida, to New Mexico before turning and heading north. We made a one night stop at a really interesting stop, it's a Harvest Hosts, a tavern called Colfax Tavern in Cold Beer, New Mexico. The area really caught my attention, it was only the northwest corner of New Mexico but I felt it was magical!.
