WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
FOR PRINTS We will choose the most cost-effective shipping carrier based on the items ordered and their destination. Shipping times range from 1-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

** Due to shipping requirements, pieces with a long side greater than 40" or a short side greater than 30" may incur additional charges. Please see our Crate and Freight shipping policies below for more information.
Large Size Products and Crating Policies
Due to shipping requirements and the potential for damage, some products over 30" on the short side, or over 40" in length must be crated at an additional cost. All additional Crate fees are included in the product total.
- Crate for MetalPrints over 30x40 to 40x60 $15.00 (required)
- Crate for MetalPrints over 40x60 $20.00 (required)
Products over 40" long that are shipped flat may require freight shipping,
We can provide freight quotes for these orders. Please allow additional time for the quote and freight delivery times.
Shipping Outside of the Continental US, Expedited Shipping, and Special Requests
APO shipping is charged full cost and sent via USPS.
Requests for shipping outside of the continental United States, other types of shipping, and expedited shipping will be charged at full cost.
We are not responsible for duties and taxes required for international shipping.
Shipping Quotes are available for large orders or orders shipping to international destinations. Please contact us with the details of what will be in the order and the address it will be shipped to.

- We do not accept returns; all sales are FINAL.
- We do our utmost to ensure that your prints are packaged carefully and arrive safely at their destination.
- If your prints arrive damaged, please keep all packaging and contact dan@dreamworldimages.com with your order number for further instructions.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
All print sales are final. Please contact dan@dreamworldimages.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.

CAN I GET AN IMAGE IN DIFFERENT MATERIALS?
Yes, you can, we offer a wide range of materials for our prints including traditional photo paper, fine art paper, traditional canvas prints, semi-gloss metal, and our favorite the brushed aluminum that has a unique quality that creates an almost 3D impression where the images shimmer. If you have a favorite material that you don’t see, just ask. We work with a wide range of printing partners and have many options.
CAN I GET AN IMAGE IN DIFFERENT SIZES?
Yes, you can, some images due to their cropping may only be available in a limited number of sizes but if there is a size you would like just ask and we can work with you on it.
CAN I MAKE A SPLIT PANEL OUT OF AN IMAGE?
We can do split panels on some images, others due to their cropping might not work well on a split. But just ask and we can work with you.
CAN I GET FRAMED PRINTS?
Absolutely, on our website we offer frames with hundreds of options from different size mats and colors/styles of frames. If you don’t see what your style is just ask there are so many options out there we try to keep the website uncluttered.
I DON'T SEE BRUSHED ALUMINUM AS AN OPTION FOR THE IMAGE I WANT.
Brushed Aluminum is a specialty item and needs to be added to each image individually. While I am working on adding it to each image it is time-consuming and a slow process. If you find an image and want brushed aluminum just reach out to me and I’ll get it on for you. Thanks, for your patience and understanding.
