Return Policy (Damage-Only)
Because each print is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or color/appearance differences between screens and printed artwork.
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, we’ll make it right. Please email us at dan@dreamworldimages.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
Your order number
Clear photos of the damage
Photos of the packaging (including the shipping label)
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement (or, if a replacement isn’t possible, a refund) at no additional cost to you.
Please keep all packaging materials until the claim is resolved.
